  • Wer sind die Administratoren dieser Webseite und was machen sie?

  • Was ist Wilogo?
    Wilogo ist ein Webportal, das Logos für Unternehmen entwirft. Eine Community von unabhängigen Grafikern schlägt den Kunden, die eine Anfrage gestartet haben, Ihre Kreationen vor, aus denen am Ende eines vom Kunden ausgewählt wird. Der gewählte Grafiker wird bezahlt und das Unternehmen das Copyright auf Ihr neues Logo. Der Kunde braucht nur eines der so genannte "Pakete" auszuwählen und Wilogo erledigt den Rest: Bezahlung der Graifker, Anspruchsabtretungsvertrag, Moderation...
  • Was ist das Karma?

    Das Karma gibt an, wie hoch die Qualität der Kreationen eines Grafikers sind und wie stark dessen Partizipation (Aktivität) auf Wilogo ist. Das Karma ist also in zwei Bereiche geteilt:

    - Das Qualitätskarma ergibt sich aus der Qualität der Logos, die vom Grafiker eingesendet werden: die Anzahl der Sympathiepunkte der Community (wenn unter den ersten drei Plätzen),den Sympathiepunkten der Kunden und der Anzahl verkaufter Logos.

    - Das Aktivitätskarma hängt von der Partizipation des Graifkers auf Wilogo ab und setzt sich zusammen aus: der Anzahl der Stimmen, den Kommentaren im Blog oder Forum, eingereichten Logos und der Anzahl der Parten.

  • Warum sind manche Grafiker in der Mitglieder-Liste grün?
    Die Grafiker, die grün makiert sind, haben bereits mindestens ein Logo verkauft oder die meisten Sympathiepunkte bei einer Anfrage erhalten.
  • Kann ich die Logos von Wilogo benutzten?
    Nein, die Logos auf unserer Seite sind Eigentum des jeweiligen Grafikers (bzw. später evtl. Kunden): jegliche Kopie oder Benutzung eines nicht von Ihnen gekauften Logos gilt als Verstoß gegen das Kopierrecht.
  • Wie funktioniert das hier? Ich brauche doch nur ein einziges Logo!
    Nachdem Sie Ihre Vorstellungen geäußert haben, werden die Grafiker der Wilogo-Community Ihnen Logo-Vorschläge präsentieren mit verschiedenen Varianten Ihrer Kreationen. Aus einer Vielzahl verschiedener Konzepte können Sie bequem Ihre neue visuelle Identität wählen.
  • Wer sind eure Grafikdesigner?

    Die Grafikdesigner von Wilogo sind zum Teil freiberuflich, aber auch in Grafikdesign-Firmen tätig, sie sind Art Director  oder einfach Grafikdesign-Liebhaber. Wilogo vereint all diese talentierten Künstler ohne Rang, geographische Lage oder Grafikkultur zu bewerten. 

  • Wieviele Logovorschläge werde ich erhalten? Kann es passieren, dass kein Grafiker an meiner Anfrage teilnimmt?

    Die Anzahl der Vorschläge hängen von dem Paket ab, das Sie wählen. Die angegeben Werte (ca. 20, 40 bzw. 60 Logos) sind Durchschnittswerte, die sich aus den bisherigen Anfragen ergeben haben. Dass bei Ihrer Anfrage die Menge, aus der Sie auswählen können, sehr viel geringer sein wird, ist nach unseren Erfahrungen relativ unwahrscheinlich.

  • Wie kann ich Grafiker über meine Anmerkungen informieren?

    Dank der Kommentare zu jedem Logo und dem jeweils zugehörigem Forum kann ein direkter Dialog zwischen Ihnen und den Grafiker aufgebaut werden.

  • Was ist, wenn ich nicht zufrieden bin?

    Wir verkaufen mehr als ein Logo pro Tag auf Wilogo und haben diesen Fall noch nie gehabt.

    Ihnen werden so viele Logo-Vorschläge gemacht, dass es so gut wie unmöglich ist, dass keiner davon Ihnen gefällt. Zudem haben Sie die Möglichkeit, in Absprache mit dem Grafiker, weitere Veränderungen an Ihrem ausgewählten Logo vorzunehmen. Von daher sind wir überzeugt, dass Sie 100%ig zufrieden sein werden.

  • Diese Webseite läuft immer - 24 Stunden und 7 Tage?

    Ja! Unseren Statistiken zufolge ist die Seite von Wilogo am Wochende ebenso hoch frequentiert wie unter der Woche. Das heißt es gibt keine Pausen. Vorallem, da Wilogo eine internationale Seite ist, gibt es nicht einmal wirklich "Nacht", denn irgendwo in der Welt ist es immer Tag.

  • Welches Dateiformat erhalte ich ?

    Die Formate unserer Datein sind vektoriell und in Bitmap. Das vektorielle Format erlaubt es Ihnen auch jegliche anderen Arten von Formaten (gif, png, jpg...) zu erstellen und darüber hinaus Ihre Logos in jeder beliebigen Größe zu drucken, ohne dass dabei an Qualität verloren geht.

  • Was ist, wenn ich später noch etwas brauche?

  • Can I do a confidential demand for a logo?
    Yes, you juste need to check the box "Confidential request" when you make your demand for a logo. Thus, only the members who have logged in on Wilogo will see your request. The search engines such as Google or Yahoo will not see your demand or the logos which will be proposed to you
  • How can I do if I have no idea of what I would like like logo?

    If you don't know what to write in the part "Give a precise description on your waitings", think at your job and describe it : what is your activity in details, who are your customers, what products or services do you provide etc...

    That will help the designers to understand your universe and your job. Thus they could create logos which will be in adequation with your company.

  • Do I need a logo printable with two colors?
    You need this option if you want to be able to use your logo for printing in two colors (often black and white) : envelopes, heading of letter, fax etc… and printing at reduced cost.
  • What is the CMYK, the RGB and the Pantone?

    They are modes of colors :

    - The mode of colors CMYK is the mode which will make it possible your logo to be printed on any support. To choose imperatively if you wish to print headings of letters, business cards or advertisings.

    - The mode of colors RGB is mainly used for Web sites : they are luminous but nonprintable colors with the identical one. Compared to the logo on the screen of the computer, the printed logo will be paler and the colors will be duller. This mode makes the printing at the printer very hazardous, colors RGB are not exactly reproducible with ink.

    - The mode of color CMJN Pantone® allows the impression on paper with addition of sharp colors thanks to the application of direct tones (printers). That ensures a perfect printing of your logo on all the papers (business cards for example). The logo on the screen will be the same as the printed one but the impression will be more expensive. If you take this option, please specify in description the maximum number of Pantone® tones you want to use.

  • How to hit your preferred logos?
    To hit a logo you like, you just have to go in "Let's vote" in the title bar, to choose a demand and to click on "Hit it" below the logo you ike.
  • How to comment the existing logos?
    To comment a logo, everything is in "Let's vote" in your demand. After you have to click on the small bubble near the logo. Finally you write your comment and you finish by validating.
  • Do I have to comment all the logos which are proposed to me?
    No, you comment only the logos you want. But the designers like when the customer comment their logos...

  • How long have I to choose my logo once my request is finished?
    Once your request is finished, you have fifteen days to choose your logo.

  • Can I be notified when there is new comments on a topic or on a logo?
    Yes, to to this you only need to check the case "Keep me informed when there is new messages" which is on the differents topics and on the page of comments for a logo.

    It's Eniris, an active designer from Wilogo, who have been chosen to do the design of the web site.
  • I have lost my password, what can I do?
    To recover your password, you just have to click on "Password forgotten?" on the home page of Wilogo and to follow the instructions.
  • How to log in on the site?
    To log in on the site, you just need to enter your mail or your pseudo and your password (recieved by mail) in the fields in the top right of the site and to click on the button "OK". Once logged in, the fields will disappear and leave the place to another menu of navigation.
  • What can I do if I don't manage to log in?
