- Was ist Wilogo?
Wilogo ist ein Webportal, das Logos für Unternehmen entwirft. Eine Community von unabhängigen Grafikern schlägt den Kunden, die eine Anfrage gestartet haben, Ihre Kreationen vor, aus denen am Ende eines vom Kunden ausgewählt wird. Der gewählte Grafiker wird bezahlt und das Unternehmen das Copyright auf Ihr neues Logo. Der Kunde braucht nur eines der so genannte "Pakete" auszuwählen und Wilogo erledigt den Rest: Bezahlung der Graifker, Anspruchsabtretungsvertrag, Moderation...

- Was ist das Karma?
Das Karma gibt an, wie hoch die Qualität der Kreationen eines Grafikers sind und wie stark dessen Partizipation (Aktivität) auf Wilogo ist. Das Karma ist also in zwei Bereiche geteilt:
- Das Qualitätskarma ergibt sich aus der Qualität der Logos, die vom Grafiker eingesendet werden: die Anzahl der Sympathiepunkte der Community (wenn unter den ersten drei Plätzen),den Sympathiepunkten der Kunden und der Anzahl verkaufter Logos.
- Das Aktivitätskarma hängt von der Partizipation des Graifkers auf Wilogo ab und setzt sich zusammen aus: der Anzahl der Stimmen, den Kommentaren im Blog oder Forum, eingereichten Logos und der Anzahl der Parten.
- Warum sind manche Grafiker in der Mitglieder-Liste grün?
Die Grafiker, die grün makiert sind, haben bereits mindestens ein Logo verkauft oder die meisten Sympathiepunkte bei einer Anfrage erhalten.
- Kann ich die Logos von Wilogo benutzen?
Nein, die Logos auf unserer Seite sind Eigentum des jeweiligen Grafikers (bzw. später evtl. Kunden): jegliche Kopie oder Benutzung eines nicht von Ihnen gekauften Logos gilt als Verstoß gegen das Kopierrecht.
- How can I send a logo?
To send one of your creations on Wilogo, you only need to go in "Participate" and to choose the demand for which you want to propose your logo. After you juste have to accept the terms of use and to click on the button participate at the bottom of the page.
The next page will ask you to select your file in order to send it on Wilogo.
Warning : we only accept files in JPG format in 500x500 pixels.
- Can I send my logos when the demand for a logo is finished?No, you can't : when a demand begins, there is a time limit which is fixed and this is one of the rules you have to respect.
- How to hit your preferred logos?To hit a logo you like, you just have to go in "Let's vote" in the title bar, to choose a demand and to click on "Hit it" below the logo you ike.
- Can we hit our own logos?No, it's impossible ;-)
- How to comment the existing logos?To comment a logo, everything is in "Let's vote" in the demands. After you have to click on the small bubble near the logo. Finally you write your comment and you finish by validating.
- Can we comment the logos after the choice of the customer?No, when the customer choose a logo, hits and comments are stopped for this demand.
- Can we hit the logos after the choice of the customer?No, when the customer choose a logo, hits and comments are stopped for this demand.
- Do I have to comment all the logos?No, you comment only the logos you want.
- Is it allowed to have several accounts for the same person?No, the multi accounts is forbidden and every accounts "doubloons" will be deleted without any explanations.
- Can I be notified when there is new comments on a topic or on a logo?Yes, to to this you only need to check the case "Keep me informed when there is new messages" which is on the differents topics and on the page of comments for a logo.
- How to fill your member profile and put your avatar?To fill your member profile, you just have to go in "Your account" and to fill your informations. For your avatar, it is the same : but you have the possibility to change your avatar when you want.
- How can I contact directly other members?To contact a member in private message, you just have to go on his profile (by clicking on his pseudo anywhere in the site) and to click on "Contact pseudo_of_the_member".
- What are the elementary laws to respect for a creation of a logo?The two elementary laws are to not do improper logos (no religious signs, racists, abusive...) and to not copy an existant logo (copyrighted or copy a logo already proposed by a member of Wilogo). The suspicious logos will be examined and erased if they are improper or copied.
- Can I change my pseudo?Nein.
- I have lost my password, what can I do?To recover your password, you just have to click on "Password forgotten?" on the home page of Wilogo and to follow the instructions.
- How to log in on the site?To log in on the site, you just need to enter your mail or your pseudo and your password (recieved by mail) in the fields in the top right of the site and to click on the button "OK". Once logged in, the fields will disappear and leave the place to another menu of navigation.
- What can I do if I don't manage to log in?
If you don't manage to log in or if you haven't received your password by mail, you can contact us via this form ;

- If a demand for a logo is confidential, do I have to accept the terms to participate?Yes, you have to check the box "I accept the conditions of confidentiality" to participate.
- Was ist das Mindestalter um an Wilogo teilnehmen ?The minimum age to participate at Wilogo is 16 years old.
- How to put a variante of my logo in main logo?
Pour mettre une variante d'un de vos logos en logo principal et ainsi que ce soit celle là qui apparaisse en avant dans la galerie, il vous suffit d'aller dans la page de votre logo et de cliquer sur le nom de la variante correspondante.
Vous devriez d'ailleurs voir que le nom de la variante change quand vous placez le curseur de votre souris dessus pour devenir "Logo principal".
- Do I have to host and stock the logos I propose myself?No, the logos you do rae hosted on our servers. You don't need to have a personnal hosting solution to participate on Wilogo.
- What do the pictures I send have to respect?The logos sent have to be in JPG format and their size must be 500x500 pixels.
- Who has the copyrights on the logos I proposeWilogo reserves the right to store and display your uploaded logo and derivatives thereof permanently and to use it advertisements and for publicity purposes where possible. Wilogo don't take any of your own rights in the image away from you, the logos remain the property of their respective authors as long as they were not chosen by a customer thus sold.
- Where can I see all my logos?All your logos are in the page "My account". They are ordered by numer of hits decreasing.
- What do I need to do if one of my logos is chosen by the customer?
You have to follow the steps described in the mail "[WL] Contract for your logo" :

- Send your logo (join the different formats: vectorial, jpg, pdf,...) chosen by the customer in a compressed folder (zip is better for us) on the site (In the page "My account").

- What types of files must I provide if my logo is chosen?You have to send the vectorial file of your logo and all its alternatives and an image file high definition (JPG or PDF for example).
